Thank you for participating and supporting SALALM LXIV! We look forward to your presence. Here is some essential information for the upcoming showcase at the University of Texas at Austin.

Shipping Instructions
If you are shipping materials, please deliver to the following address after June 15th:

Supplies

  • 6-foot table (with blue tablecloth) and 2 chairs will be provided
  • Room includes bright overhead lighting and natural lighting from large windows. Additional lighting must be provided by vendor.

If you have additional requests, please email aj@austin.utexas.edu. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Layout
Specific vendor table locations will be announced soon! All vendors will be set up in the San Jacinto Multi-Purpose Room Sections A & B, next to all central conference activities. Tables will be set up free standing, not against a wall.
